Gallery hours: Tuesday through Friday, 3-5 p.m., Saturday, 2-5 p.m.
Senior studio art majors exhibit works in a variety of mediums, including sculpture, drawing, painting, photography and ceramics. The artists will be available during the opening reception to discuss their work, which will culminate in an April exhibition at The Trout Gallery. Light refreshment will be served. All are welcome. Opening Reception: “The Ghosts of Our Meat”
The Ghosts of Our Meat presents more than forty paintings, drawings, and prints by artist and activist Sue Coe that address issues relating to animal rights, the meatpacking industry, and ethics of meat consumption. Arts Award Ceremony
The ceremony will include an introduction by Associate Professor Elizabeth Lee, followed by an interview with the artist, led by Northwestern University’s Stephen Eisenman, and the awards ceremony, presided by President Nancy A.
