Goodyear Gallery, Goodyear Building (Cedar Street entrance)
Gallery hours:  Tuesday through Friday, 3-5 p.m., Saturday, 2-5 p.m. 

Senior studio art majors exhibit works in a variety of mediums, including sculpture, drawing, painting, photography and ceramics. The artists will be available during the opening reception to discuss their work, which will culminate in an April exhibition at The Trout Gallery. Light refreshment will be served. All are welcome. Opening Reception: “The Ghosts of Our Meat

The Ghosts of Our Meat presents more than forty paintings, drawings, and prints by artist and activist Sue Coe that address issues relating to animal rights, the meatpacking industry, and ethics of meat consumption. The exhibition runs until February 8th, 2014. All are welcome to attend. Contact Stephanie to learn more.

Arts Award Ceremony

The ceremony will include an introduction by Associate Professor Elizabeth Lee, followed by an interview with the artist, led by Northwestern University’s Stephen Eisenman, and the awards ceremony, presided by President Nancy A. Roseman. All are welcome to attend. Seats will also be available in Weiss 235 with a live feed of the event. For more information contact Susie.

Opening reception and Talk

Caroline Santa‘s colorful and intimate mixed media constructions and works on paper, will be exhibited in the Goodyear Gallery October 15-November 2. There will be a reception for the artist and discussion of her work Thursday, Oct. 17, 5-7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
